The former Section Minimum Standards process is being phased out as the Section Modernization Plan is implemented. The SMS app is no longer available to submit section events, communications, or other requirements.
AACE will be launching a new database this fall, and the website will have improved functionality for section leaders to submit annual requirements and volunteer rosters. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
Please submit section updates and volunteer rosters to firstname.lastname@example.org. Headquarters will share new processes for section reporting in January 2024. If you have any questions, please contact us. The reporting requirements are different depending on the section model:
- Board of Director member names
- A written report summarizing programs (minimum three events per year), activities, and operations and financial statements
- Volunteer committee member names
- A list of events held (minimum three per year)
Annual section reports must be submitted to headquarters no later than 60 days after the end of each calendar year and/or when there’s a change in volunteer leadership.
