The Membership Advisory Committee (MAC) advances AACE’s commitment to member value, industry relevance, and membership growth worldwide. The MAC develops and refines strategies for recruiting new members, improving retention, and deepening engagement - providing guidance and resources to ensure that every member can connect, contribute, and succeed.
Comprised of volunteers around the world, the MAC works closely with section leadership as all Regional Directors serve on the committee. AACE sections are the foundation of our community, organizing local events and facilitating networking opportunities. Regional Directors oversee all sections within their geographic areas, share best practices, and identify where new sections or leadership initiatives can thrive. By maintaining close connections with section leadership and keeping a pulse on local needs, the Regional Directors ensure that our strategies are both practical and responsive and that every local section remains active, healthy, and aligned with AACE’s mission.
The MAC translates member feedback into concrete goals and initiatives. Whether it’s enhancing the member experience, launching targeted outreach, or strengthening partnerships with organizational members, the MAC focuses on delivering results in the near term while laying the groundwork for longer‑range success.
