Abstract: The Planning and Scheduling Subcommittee is a vital component of AACE that gathers some of the brightest minds in the scheduling community to discuss and debate issues around the industry (sometimes loudly). Through the development and implementation of recommended practices (RP) this subcommittee is setting useable guidelines and paving the way for professional development and has a meaningful impact on the field of planning and scheduling.. The compilation of the Best of the Best of their annual technical presentations in the Professional Practice Guide is a must-have for all experienced schedulers. This session is the annual meeting for members of the committee allowing for discussion on new technical presentation topics, development of RPs, and a celebration of the events and achievements over the previous year. Everyone is invited!
