It is through such outstanding ability, service, and dedication displayed by our members that AACE International is able to continue to be the strong organization that it is. AACE is pleased to recognize the following award winner:

Ronald M. Winter, PSP FAACE – AWARD OF MERIT

The Award of Merit is given for outstanding contribution or service to the cost management or cost engineering profession, or to the public as a whole.

Ronald M. Winter, PSP FAACE has been a member of AACE since 2001. Ron was grandfathered in as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) in 2004 as a result of his work on the PSP Certification Task Force that created AACE’s first specialty certification. He is a frequent Annual Meeting presenter and author (including presenting 21 unique papers at AACE Annual Conferences). Since 2003, Ron has served as Secretary, Chair, or Co-Chair of the Planning & Scheduling Technical Subcommittee. He has also served on AACE’s Certification Board as an associate member. He was a member and then Chair of the AACE North American Marketing Committee (2008-2012). He has made significant contributions as the lead author of 4 Recommended Practices and a contributor to 16 other Recommended Practices. Ron has previously been honored by the Association with the Special Recognition of Technical Service (2004), Technical Excellence Award (2007), Outstanding Committee Chair Award (2009, 2011, and 2012), and as a Fellow (2013). He is the President at Schedule Analyzer Software.
