Dues Renewal Process Header

Individual Membership

For regular and retired members, a dues renewal invoice will be posted to your account. To renew, log in to your account and make payment by December 31st. This will ensure continuous access to membership benefits and maintain your historical join date.


After you are notified of your dues renewal there are three options to pay:


Credit card payment instructions:

  • Log in to the AACE portal
  • Select "Pay Open Invoices" under Invoices on your dashboard
  • Defaults to open invoice
  • Select "Add to shopping cart"
  • Select "Checkout"
  • Select "Payment Type" and provide payment details
  • Select "Submit Payment" 

Check payment instructions:

  • Log in to the AACE portal
  • Select "Pay Open Invoices" under Invoices on your dashboard
  • Select "Print" under Actions to print a copy
  • Enclose the printed copy of the invoice and check made payable to AACE International, and mail to: AACE International, Attention: Membership, 726 East Park Avenue #180, Fairmont, WV 26554
  • Upon receipt and processing of your check payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email

Wire transfer payment instructions:

  • Log in to the AACE portal
  • Select "Pay Open Invoices" under Invoices on your dashboard
  • Select "Print" under Actions to print a copy for your reference in preparing your wire transfer
  • Click here to download our Wire Transfer Policy, which includes the account details for completing the wire transaction
  • Upon receipt and processing of your wire transfer payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email


For dues not paid after December 31
st an interruption of member benefits will occur until the renewal is paid. The dues renewal cycle closes on March 1st at midnight of each year. If you forget to renew before March 1st you must request a renewal reinstatement in order to pay.

students

Student members are not eligible for automatic renewal. They must apply for membership each year they are enrolled as a full-time student.


Organizational Membership

Dues renewal needs to be completed before December 31st.

The contact person for the organization will be notified via email with a copy of the current membership roster to review and approve for invoicing. After approval is received an invoice is provided for payment.

Three options for payment are:

  • Click the credit card payment link on the invoice

  • Provide credit card payment details

  • Submit payment

Check payment instructions:
 
  • Enclose a copy of the invoice and check made payable to AACE International, and mail to: AACE International, Attention: Membership, 726 East Park Avenue #180, Fairmont, WV 26554

  • Upon receipt and processing of your check payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email

Wire transfer payment instructions:
 
  • View our Wire Transfer Policy and use the account details to complete your wire transaction

  • Upon receipt and processing of your wire transfer payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email
