Technical Program

The papers presented in the technical program represent the best and most current tools and techniques used in industry today covering a wide range of programs and projects. There are over 100 hours of presentations to choose from over a four day period, organized in a variety of tracks such as: building information modeling; claims and dispute resolution; cost and schedule control; professional development; estimating; earned value management; global projects; IT/IM in project and cost management; owner issues; project management; planning and scheduling; decision and risk management; skills and knowledge of cost engineering; and total cost management.

Continuing Education Seminars

The 2017 AACE International Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando June 11-14.  Certification review courses are offered on Thursday-Friday June 8-9 with each course lasting a full 2 days. The general and advanced knowledge courses are offered for 1.5 days immediately before and after the Annual Meeting – Saturday (all day)-Sunday (morning) June 10-11 and Wednesday (afternoon)-Thursday (all day) June 14-15.

NOTE: Continuing Education Seminars are subject to cancellation if enrollment minimums are not reached 30 days prior. If you are interested in attending a Continuing Education Seminar, please register by May 10th. Notification of seminar cancellations will be announced by May 12th.

Save $100

You can save $100 from your Annual Meeting registration rate by staying at the host hotel and helping AACE reach its room block commitment. The discount code (not the online confirmation number) will be given to you upon completion of your hotel booking at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. During the registration process, enter the discount code in the checkout's promotional code box to receive the discount before proceeding to the payment information. Hotel discounts will not be applied retroactively. Should you cancel your room reservation at the Hyatt Regency Orlando after receiving the hotel discount, AACE reserves the right to charge you the additional $100.

Hotel Block Cut-Off Date: May 15
Reserve your hotel room on or before Monday, May 15, 2017 to receive the AACE International group rate. We cannot guarantee the discounted group rate at the hotel after May 15, 2017.

**You must be a student member of AACE International to be eligible for the student rate. Student registrations are not eligible for the hotel discount. 

***Guest registrations are designed for access to selected programs such as receptions, the keynote sessions, breakfasts, and other social events at the annual meeting or similar events for a paid registrant’s adult guests (significant others, immediate family). Guest registrations should not be extended to anyone who is currently a member of AACE International, or who is actively engaged in the practice of total cost management, or is employed by any company or organization engaged in cost engineering or cost management, or is employed by an organization or company that offers training and/or professional development in the field of total cost management. Guests may attend a technical session only with the primary registrant if the primary registrant is a speaker or presenter.
