The papers presented in the technical program represent the best and most current tools and techniques used in the industry today covering a wide range of programs and projects. There are over 100 hours of presentations to choose from over a four day period, organized in a variety of tracks such as: building information modeling (BIM); claims and dispute resolution; cost and schedule control; professional development; estimating; earned value management; IT/IM in project and cost management; owner issues; project management; planning and scheduling; decision and risk management; total cost management; and TCM analytics.
Abstract Submission Deadline for the 2020 Conference & Expo is August 31, 2019.
The full technical program will not be released until the first quarter of 2020, so for now we recommend you review the 2019 technical program so you can get an idea of what the Conference & Expo has to offer.

For anyone who misses the online registration dates, onsite registration for the technical program of the Conference & Expo will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday and 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday through Wednesday. Onsite registration for an A or B seminar will be open from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM on the day of the seminar.
Continuing Education Seminars
The 2020 AACE International Conference & Expo Continuing Education Program will be held before and after the conference at the Hilton Chicago June 26-28 and July 1-2.
Call for seminar proposals will go out in the last portion of 2019.

NOTE: Continuing Education Seminars are subject to cancellation if enrollment minimums are not reached 30 days prior. If you are interested in attending a Continuing Education Seminar, please register on or before the Early Registration Deadline. Notification of seminar cancellations will be announced shortly after the early registration deadline.

**You must be a student member of AACE International to be eligible for the student rate. Student registrations are not eligible for the hotel discount.
***Guest registrations are designed for access to selected programs such as receptions, the keynote sessions, breakfasts, and other social events at the annual meeting or similar events for a paid registrant’s adult guests (significant others, immediate family). Guest registrations should not be extended to anyone who is currently a member of AACE International, or who is actively engaged in the practice of total cost management, or is employed by any company or organization engaged in cost engineering or cost management, or is employed by an organization or company that offers training and/or professional development in the field of total cost management. Guests may attend a technical session only with the primary registrant if the primary registrant is a speaker or presenter.
