Andrea Georgopoulos is manager of project controls for Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. in Arizona. She has over 25 years experience in program management, project planning, project control, and earned value management. She is a known leader in project controls and earned value management. She is currently transforming her firm’s capital project management processes away from operations based accounting to an EVMS approach, along with new corporate processes and procedures. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in economics.



Description
AACE International's EVP Certification Program is designed to recognize comprehensive expertise within the EVM discipline. The Program offers an internationally recognized specialty credential for professionals who want their EVM knowledge, skills, and experience independently validated. The exam and experience-based EVP certification enables industry leaders, clients, and practitioners to quickly and easily identify competent professionals within the EVM discipline. This course serves to prepare prospective certificants for the exam.
