Membership in AACE International helps your designated employees stay informed about the complexities of the total cost management profession - plus gain knowledge, find access to networks, and obtain resources to solve complex problems they might face within their department or projects.

By joining AACE as an organizational member, your organization and employees on the membership roster will receive all of these great benefits. Beginning in the 3rd quarter of 2024, AACE organizational membership will include access to all Professional Practice Guides (PPGs) and a collection of technical presentations.

An option for a business or company wanting the benefits of regular membership for designated employees at a group discounted rate.

Program Basics

  • $2,000 base rate for a minimum of 10 members ($250 discount)
  • Additional members beyond 10 may be added to the roster at a discounted rate
  • Prorated quarterly rate for joining or adding additional members later in the year
  • Designated contact person responsible for authorizing payment and coordinating the organization’s membership roster with our Member Services Coordinator
  • Free job postings in the AACE Career Center
  • Featured placement in the Organizational Member Directory
  • Access to valuable professional development resources for the members on your organization’s roster including Professional Practice Guides (PPGs).
  • All AACE membership benefits, including Recommended Practices (RPs), the Cost Engineering Journal, and TCM Framework


An option for public government entities or academic institutions who want the benefits of regular membership for designated employees at a group discounted rate.

  • $1,575 base rate for a minimum of 10 members ($675 discount)
  • Additional members beyond 10 may be added to the roster at a discounted rate
  • Prorated quarterly rate for joining or adding additional members later in the year

Eligibility requirements

Government Institutions

  • A national, international, regional, or local government entity or publicly controlled or funded agency or enterprise that delivers public programs, goods, or services
  • Limited to full-time government employees
  • A valid government-issued email address for each member

Academic Institutions

  • A non-profit or public 4-year university or 2-year college
  • Limited to full or part-time professors or full-time faculty and staff
  • A valid university/college issued email address for each member

All memberships are based on a calendar year and will expire on December 31. All dues are non-refundable.
