In order to receive the best rates for the Annual Meeting, you need to:
1) Be a member, members receive the best rate. If you register for more than one seminar or a seminar and the Annual Meeting, joining AACE will not only save you money on the registration, but you’ll get all of the benefits of membership.
2.) Stay at the host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Orlando. When you book your hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, you will get a discount code that you can use to save an additional $100 off your Annual Meeting registration.
3.) Register by the early registration cut-off date, May 12. (For continuing education seminars, it is recommended that you register by May 10 as seminars that do not meet the minimum enrollment are subject to cancellation.)
