Communicating Effectively with the Project Team

by AACE International | Jan 18, 2017

February 22 - 1:00 PM (Eastern U.S.)

The main focus of project controls tends to be around numbers and calculations. The ability to use historical information to predict trends and make forecasts is a major aspect of a quality project control environment. Equally as important, but often overlooked, is the process by which we communicate these predictions to our project team. To effectively provide the high-quality project control function to your project team, there must be a mutual respect for the data as well as the manner in which the data is presented. This webinar will address how this is achieved in well-functioning project control environment by demonstrating effective reports, root cause assessments, alternative recovery options, and constructive team collaboration techniques.
